Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my work. Every signed copy is prepared and packaged by hand, so please review the following policy before placing your order.

Returns

Signed books that are not personalized may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided they are returned in new, unread condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on my part.

Personalized Books

Books personalized with a name or custom message are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or I made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged book

• Photos of the shipping packaging

I'll review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.
